I spent 2 days going back and forth with them until I just said forget it. WELL exactly what I was Trying to avoid happen and they double charged my card. I read the prior reviews of the hotel and how they make fraduelet charges to peoples credit cards so I made sure to give them a credit card and not a debit card for incidentals because I knew I could simply dispute anything that was incorrect. I was super annoyed but tried to just ignore the initial red flags. No offer for them to hold Our bags until check in, no accommodations made and I was told I could change into my swim suit in the bathroom with no lights. The worker says nothing just rolls his eyes and keeps talking. In the middle of check in the power goes out. I was told that the room would not be ready until 4pm.
First this is not a 5 star resort 3.5 at most.
